The technological process of brewing is complex, full of details, with very well-balanced quantities, temperature measurements and exact time. All this technological process is part of a small detail that can make a difference regarding the quality of beer, namely hygiene ! It must be rigorously, steadily and using professional cleaning products.
The raw materials we use are malt, hops, beer yeast imported from Belgium, France, Austria, America and are of superior quality!
The entire brewing process is carefully supervised and controlled by the brew master.
